The venue of the meeting will be the Centro Convegni Matteo Ricci (Piazza della Pilotta 4). The Convention Center is located in the Pontifical Gregorian University, in the heart of Rome, between Piazza Venezia and the Trevi Fountain. The Center offers an amphitheatrestyle meeting space with a seating capacity of 226. Transportation: Rome is served by two international airports. Leonardo da Vinci (aka Fiumicino, FCO), about 18 miles (30 km) southwest of the city, is used by most of the scheduled flights. Ciampino, about 9 miles (15 km) southeast, is used mainly by charter flights, though scheduled flights from some European cities (such as London Stansted) are also available. Train and bus service to Rome is available from both airports, including an express train from Fiumicino to the main Rome train station, Termini. transportation: Weather: The best time to visit Rome is at the beginning or the end of the long Roman summer-April to June and then again in late September through October.
